Track Your Order

Your Beltran Jewelry piece is on its way to becoming part of your story. Here’s how to follow your shipment.

Open your order link

Find your Beltran Jewelry order confirmation in the email inbox or text messages you used at checkout. Open the order-status link in that confirmation to view your order. If you received a shipping confirmation email, you can also use its tracking link. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email.

You may be asked to verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout before viewing full order details.

Use your tracking number

Once tracking has been added to your shipment, open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order-status page to see the carrier’s latest updates. You can also copy the tracking number and enter it on the carrier’s official website. For USPS shipments, use USPS Tracking. If your shipment uses another carrier, follow that carrier’s link instead.

Tracking updates depend on carrier scans. A label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received your package. Refer to the carrier’s latest information for delivery estimates; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
